Job summary

Good Samaritan University Hospital in Long Island seeks a Maternal Fetal Medicine RN to deliver specialized outpatient care for high‑risk pregnancies. You will collaborate with MFM physicians, referring obstetrical practices, Labor & Delivery, and other disciplines to perform assessment, fetal surveillance, education, triage and care coordination across Catholic Health sites.

Requirements include 2+ years of RN experience in Labor & Delivery, a BSN (or enrolled in an accredited BSN program), BLS

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN experience in Labor & Delivery.
• BSN degree required; Associate’s degree acceptable if enrolled in BSN program.
• BLS and C-EFM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care for high-risk pregnancies in outpatient MFM setting.
• Perform assessment, fetal surveillance, and education.
• Handle telephone triage and care coordination with multiple sites.
• Coordinate labs, diagnostics, referrals, and continuity of care.
• Maintain electronic health record documentation and ensure patient flow.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
