Job summary
MultiCare Health System seeks a BE/BC Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician to join an established practice. The care team includes MFM physicians, ARNPs, genetic counselors and sonographers, with options for remote ultrasound coverage and telemedicine.
Our MFM team typically operates on a 4-day work week with weekend rounding shared among providers. WA licensure, US residency, and fellowship completed are required or in progress; DEA/NPI/prescriptive authority and BLS certification are required.
Qualifications
- Fellowship in maternal fetal medicine completed or in process with board eligibility.
- Completed US residency in obstetrics/gynecology or maternal-fetal medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility in MFM at time of employment.
- State medical license in WA by time of employment.
- DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority required.
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient and outpatient maternal-fetal medicine consultations.
- Participate in 4-day work week with shared weekend rounding responsibilities.
- Collaborate with MFM physicians, ARNPs, genetic counselors and sonographers.
- Utilize antenatal testing and diagnostic units with remote ultrasound and telemedicine services.
- Deliver patient-centered care and coordinate with the care team for optimal outcomes.
