Job summary

Venesco, LLC hires Military Family Licensed Counselors (MFLC) to assist military members and families around Whiteman AFB, MO, with school-based and summer camp roles. The team provides non‑medical counseling, coaching and education, addressing deployment, relocations and family stress.

The MFLC roles require an independent license in any state and offer an $800 sign‑on bonus for new hires. Candidates with DoDEA/ CYB background are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health Professions required.
• Mental health licensure at independent practice level required (LCSW/LICSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC).
• Two years post-master supervised clinical experience minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical counseling, coaching, training and education to military members and families.
• Address deployment, relocations, separation, parenting, and employment-related stress.
• Support DoD DoDEA and CYB programs with school-based and youth services assignments.
