  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in ERP master data entry, BOM architecture, production planning, or hands‑on engineering support within a manufacturing/machine shop environment.
  • ERP Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of ERP systems with a focus on Master Data Management, item creation, and BOM structures.
  • CAD & Blueprint Reading: Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints and GD&T; proficiency in SolidWorks for drawing updates, redlines, and data extraction.
  • Communication & Hands‑On Problem Solving: Excellent technical writing skills to author clear visual SOPs, paired with a strong mechanical aptitude and comfort spending active time on the shop floor troubleshooting issues.

Our core values - Accountability , Collaboration , and Empowerment (ACE) - are the foundation of how we operate and drive success. You will take ownership of your contributions, collaborate with a team that gets stuff done, and be empowered to innovate and pursue bold initiatives that drive our business forward.

Are You Our Next ACE?

  • You hold yourself accountable for ERP data governance, BOM architecture, and maintaining accurate production drawings.
  • You collaborate across departments including Engineering, Machine Shop, Production, Quality, and Purchasing to ensure BOM accuracy and process efficiency.
  • You are empowered to spend active time on the shop floor to identify bottlenecks, communicate risks, and implement practical solutions for continuous improvement.

  • ERP System (Visual ERP / Business Central NAV)
  • SolidWorks & Draftsight (Drawing updates, viewing, data extraction)
  • ADP
Internal Eligibility Criteria:
  • All employees with at least 12 months of service who meet the minimum criteria listed are eligible to apply for internal postings unless otherwise specified for certain roles.
