Job summary

Pointe Precision, Inc. in Plover, Wisconsin, is seeking a Manufacturing Level 1 CNC Machinist to join our team. The role offers 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday schedules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret tolerances and dimensions using basic math, blueprints, and GD&T.
• Monitor CNC machine factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth/angle of cut.
• Observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and replace worn tooling with hand tools.

We are seeking a Manufacturing Level 1 CNC Machinist to join our team. As a Manufacturing Level 1 CNC Machinist, you’ll play an important role in producing high-precision aerospace components where accuracy and attention to detail matter every day.

The ideal candidate will have CNC experience, along with the ability to troubleshoot processes, interpret technical information, and consistently produce parts to demanding specifications.

What You’ll Do:

• Interpret tolerances and dimensions using basic knowledge of mathematics, blueprints, and GD&T.
• Monitor computerized control media to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut.
• Observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and remove and replace broken or worn tooling using hand tools.
