Job summary

Viant Medical Inc. in Vega Baja, PR is seeking an Mfg Direct - Molding - Molding Operator to operate injection molding machines, ensure product quality, and follow GMP procedures. You will handle labels, paperwork, and packaging for finished parts.

Responsibilities

• Operates assigned injection molding machines.
• Understands and follows GMP procedures.
• Follows instructions given by Supervisor, Molding Operator II and Quality Inspectors.
• Makes sure production from machines complies with specifications for quality requirements.
• Notifies quality inspectors, molding operators II and supervisors if any problems arise with product or machine.
• Ensures correct packaging of product.
• Fills out appropriate labels and paperwork related to machine assignments.
• Complies with machine operator procedure SOP-005.
• Works in quarterly major cleanings when required.
• Performs any related duty assigned by immediate supervisor.
