Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on experience in customs brokerage, tariff classification, or trade compliance.
• Recent practical experience with Mexican regulations and procedures.
• Fluent in Spanish and able to document regulatory reasoning clearly.

Aufgaben

• Review import/export scenarios under Mexican regulations.
• Develop expert reference solutions for classification and compliance tasks.
• Document reasoning behind regulatory decisions and interpretations.
• Validate alternative solutions for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Identify missing information or inappropriate decision sequences.
• Reference Ley Aduanera, LIGIE, TIGIE, NOMs, RRNA, T-MEC as needed.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure accurate expert knowledge.
