Job summary

VNA Care is hiring for Metrowest area live-in Home Health Aide, PCA or CNA roles. Openings span Ashland, Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Natick, Sherborn, Southborough, Sudbury, Wayland.

Role includes light housekeeping and ADL support in clients' homes, with coordination with nursing staff. Offers: $275.00 per day (live-in) and $21–$23 per hour, mileage reimbursement and potential bonus based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide Certification or CNA training is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with household management in a kind and compassionate manner.
• Light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with activities of daily living which may include bathing, toileting, feeding, skin care, hair care, exercise, and food preparation.
• Consult regularly with the coordinators about changes in the client's condition or environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of clients.
