Ideal candidates bring 3+ years with Leica Laser Tracker, CNC/Siemens experience, and strong data analysis using Spatial Analyzer. Proficiency in GD&T and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Associate/Technical or Bachelor's in metrology or related field.
• 3+ years with Leica Laser Tracker systems or similar metrology equipment.
• 3+ years machine operation, preferably Siemens machines.
• 1-3 years machine assembly experience.
• Mechanical experience with CNC machine tools (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Operate Leica Laser Tracker AT500 to perform precision measurements of machine components and assemblies.
• Incorporate measured data into Siemens controller compensation tables.
• Gather, analyze, and report measurement data using Spatial Analyzer software.
• Perform machine compensation measurements to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Support customer requests for measurement services and provide technical expertise as needed.
• Assist in project startup by performing measurement and alignment tasks for internal initiatives.
• Support quality inspection processes to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve measurement and quality-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of measurement activities and results.
