Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Metrology Technician to join our growing Quality Metrology team. You will work with metrology equipment to generate precise data and support data-driven decisions across Milwaukee Tool products.

Ideal candidates have a strong foundation in manufacturing and inspection, with the ability to learn measurement systems and GD&T. This on-site role emphasizes quality, safety, and collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct metrology experience.
• Ability to translate blueprints with GD&T into measurement strategies.
• Experience reading engineering drawings or assembly diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate metrology equipment to generate data.
• Translate blueprints with GD&T into measurement strategies.
• Communicate with engineers about experimental intent and requirements.
• Record data through Excel and PowerPoint.
• Present data to requestors in person or virtually.
• Adhere to 5S and safety requirements in the work area.
