Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Verona, WI is seeking a Calibration Technician to perform and oversee equipment maintenance and calibrations in a regulated facility. You will work with QA, Lab, and Manufacturing teams to ensure accurate documentation and compliant processes.

The ideal candidate has a mechanics/electronics background with cGMP experience, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with growing independence.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in mechanics, electronics technology or similar field; 4 years of calibration lab experience.
• 2+ years of work in pharmaceutical laboratory/good manufacturing processes (cGMP).
• Basic skills in reading and understanding engineering drawings.
• Knowledgeable with LOTO and controlled documentation (SOP/WI).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication with high attention to detail.
• Experience in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate to NIST standards and maintain manufacturing, analytical, and process control equipment.
• Manage routine and non-routine maintenance and calibration tasks; escalate as needed.
• Draft Equipment Qualification Reports (EQRs) and support asset induction of new equipment.
• Interface with regulated asset management system to track status and create calibration certificates.
• Assist on-site vendors and uphold safety procedures and permits.
