Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Metrology, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing metrology role.
• Proficient in operating and programming CMMs, optical comparators, and other precision measurement equipment.
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles and their application.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience with calibration procedures and maintaining measurement traceability.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and preventative maintenance on metrology equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair measurement equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and maintain calibration procedures and documentation in accordance with quality standards.
• Conduct Gage R&R studies and other measurement system analyses.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve measurement-related issues.
• Provide technical support and training to colleagues on metrology principles and equipment operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized metrology lab environment.
