Qualifications

• Experience with metrology/defect area required and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in ATMC Metrology area.
• Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment in Metrology.
• Troubleshoot electrical/electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems; perform consumable changes.
• Complete documentation and train others on equipment maintenance.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal form; stand for long periods as needed.
