Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and typical defects.
• Basic understanding of MSA concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop test methods for dimensional features of products.
• Perform validation and production inspections.
• Interact with customers to communicate findings.

Skills

Knowledge of ISO/ASME Y14.5 GD&T

3D and 2D CAD experience (Solid Works, NX, Creo)

Programming in CMM software (DMIS, PC-DMIS)

Manual measurement tools (dial indicators, calipers)

Ability to develop custom tools to process data

Understanding of concepts in statistics
