We are seeking a Metrologist to join our client's advanced manufacturing and product engineering team in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area. Our client is a well-established industrial manufacturer operating at the forefront of advanced materials, automation, and next-generation manufacturing technologies. The organization is experiencing significant growth and expanding its domestic production capabilities through continued investment in cutting-edge manufacturing processes.
This is a highly technical, hands‑on role focused on developing and implementing precision measurement systems that support both research and high-volume manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working in an environment that combines advanced metrology, machine vision, automation, and data analysis to improve product quality and transform innovative manufacturing concepts into scalable production solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline. They will have several years of hands‑on experience in dimensional metrology, precision measurement, machine vision, optical inspection, calibration, or automated inspection systems within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Experience with optical measurement systems, image processing, Python programming, GD&T, statistical analysis, precision tolerancing, or high-throughput manufacturing processes is highly desirable. Professional metrology or calibration certifications are also considered a plus.
