Job summary

Amazon is seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Delivery Manager to own end-to-end metro fiber construction projects in high-volume US markets. You will manage vendors, monitor milestones, and ensure quality from plan to in-service handover.

You will lead field programs, coordinate with engineers, data center teams, and permitting authorities, and travel up to 50% to sites. This on-site role values delivery discipline and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in technical infrastructure management.
  • Experience with third-party vendor management.
  • Experience leading multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's in engineering, PM, construction mgmt or similar.
  • Experience with risk, scope, and schedule management.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end metro fiber construction delivery from plan to in-service handover.
  • Manage construction vendors to schedule, measure performance, and drive corrective actions.
  • Perform field QC: conduit/vault installs, validate designs, tests, and as-built review.
  • Deliver weekly status reports and manage risks across concurrent builds.
  • Coordinate site access in security-regulated environments and travel up to 50%.
