Job summary

Acoufelt LLC, a leading provider of soft architectural acoustics, seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee operations across corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and exterior areas in the Metro Detroit area.

You will lead the internal facilities team, manage external contractors, and drive preventive maintenance, safety programs, and project improvements to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, industrial maintenance, building operations, or a related field.
• Experience leading facilities, maintenance, janitorial, skilled-trade, or safety personnel.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or distribution environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of facilities across multiple Metro Detroit locations.
• Lead the Facilities and Safety teams, manage the Safety Coordinator, and ensure workplace safety compliance.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs; coordinate external contractors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
