Crumbl Cookies in Methuen is seeking an Opening Shift Lead to own the morning, organize production, and set the pace for the day. You’ll lead the morning crew, ensure the store is ready to open, and deliver an exceptional guest experience from the moment doors open.

If you are energetic, dependable, and able to coach teammates while keeping quality and safety standards high, you could fit right in. Friday and Saturday morning availability is required, with options for full-time or part-time

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to work early shifts including 6:00 AM.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the morning crew.
• Arrive on time and ensure the store is ready to begin production.
• Assign stations, delegate tasks, and keep the shift on schedule.
• Review production needs and organize the day's baking priorities.
• Maintain cookie quality and presentation.
• Support dough preparation, baking, decorating, packaging, and guest service.
• Prepare the store for opening and ensure stations are clean and stocked.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism.
• Monitor food safety and sanitation.
• Complete opening checklists and shift documentation.

Opening Shift Lead – Crumbl Cookies

Crumbl is looking for a confident, reliable Opening Shift Lead who can bring the energy early, keep the cookies beautiful, and get the team moving in the right direction. You'll take ownership of the morning shift, organize the day's production, and make sure the store is fully prepared to deliver an exceptional experience from the moment the doors open.

This role is designed for someone who leads by example, stays organized when things get busy, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever help is needed.

Pay and Schedule

Earn a base rate of $20.50 per hour.

Opening shifts typically begin at approximately 6:00 AM. Availability on both Friday and Saturday is required, along with dependable, year-round availability.

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.

Own the Open

As an Opening Shift Lead, you'll be the person your team looks to for direction, encouragement, and answers. You'll:

• Lead and motivate the morning crew

• Maintain excellent cookie quality and presentation

• Support dough preparation, baking, decorating, packaging, and guest service

• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and company standards

• Complete opening checklists, cash-handling duties, and shift documentation

• Communicate important updates to store leadership

• Set the tone for a productive, positive, and successful day

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation to work for early-morning shifts. This is an active leadership role requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Candidates must be available to work opening shifts beginning at approximately 6:00 AM, including both Fridays and Saturdays.
