Unitil in Massachusetts is seeking a Meter Technician to install, test, program and maintain metering systems in the field and shop, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
This role requires an Associate Degree in Electronics Technology, strong communication, and readiness for overtime within the UWUA Local B340 agreement; typical hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Perform tasks to assure accurate metering in accordance with Company programs, policies and procedures as well as state and local regulations. Provide prompt, courteous and professional service to our customers by installing, testing, programming and maintaining metering systems consistent with Company policies and management objectives. Progression in accordance with U.W.U.A. Agreement, Local #B340.
Hours shall be Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Ultimate rate - $51.29 per hour, for a 40 hour week. Overtime rates in accordance with UWUA Agreement, Local #B340.
