  • Strong broadcast and AP style writing skills
  • Proficient at posting content to various websites
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
WHERE YOU'LL LIVE, WORK, AND PLAY:

San Diego is one of the most enviable places to live in the country, and for good reason. With its year-round Mediterranean climate, stunning Pacific beaches, and iconic landmarks like Balboa Park, the world-famous San Diego Zoo, and the historic Gaslamp Quarter, the city offers a lifestyle that's hard to match. Whether you're catching waves at La Jolla Shores, hiking the bluffs at Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, or exploring the vibrant food scene in North Park and Barrio Logan, there's always something new to discover.

San Diego is also a proud sports city, home to the MLB's San Diego Padres at Petco Park and the newest addition to the local sports landscape, San Diego FC of MLS. The craft beer scene is legendary — with pioneering breweries like Stone Brewing and Ballast Point putting the city on the national map. The city's close proximity to the Pacific coast, mountains, desert, and the international border with Tijuana, Mexico, makes it one of the most geographically diverse metros in the nation.

Beyond the beaches and burritos, San Diego boasts a thriving tech and biotech industry, world-class universities, and a strong military community that gives the city a deeply patriotic and community-minded spirit. It's a place where big-city energy meets laid-back coastal living — and once you're here, it's easy to see why so many people never want to leave.
