Job summary

Ezetop LLC in Vermont is seeking a detail-oriented assembler to operate press brakes, punches, and auxiliary equipment, assemble and inspect parts, and pack them for shipment. The role requires basic math skills, adherence to ISO procedures, and the ability to rotate to other departments as needed.

The ideal candidate will have prior assembly/manufacturing experience, strong teamwork, and a commitment to safety. HS diploma or GED is preferred. Training others on skills may be part of the job.

Job description

1. Operates press brake, punch presses, and auxiliary equipment;
2. Performs hardware insertion and resistance welding;
3. Performs floor work/material handling duties;
4. Operates various assembly, production equipment and hand tools;
5. Handles, assembles, and inspects product and parts;
6. Performs quality inspections, and follows ISO procedures;
7. Prepares and packs parts for material handling and/or shipping;
8. See, reads, and follows work instructions, safety procedures, and completes various forms and reports;
9. Able to rotate into other departments to perform similar tasks as needed;
10. Works with co-workers in a safe, professional, and cooperative manner;
11. Maintains good attendance, flexibility in job assignments, adaptable to changing business needs, and continually learns and applies new skills;
12. Meets minimum physical/mental demands with or without reasonable accommodation;
13. Complies with all company policies and procedures;
14. Trains others on knowledge and skills mastered;
