Qualifications

• Requires ability to pass skills-based assessment
• 3–5 years or more experience in cut-to-length line setting preferred
• Steel industry background preferred
• Able to read a tape measure, micrometers, and calipers
• Overhead crane experience preferred
• Experience with mobile equipment preferred
• Physical ability to pass physical requirements exam for vision, hearing, and mobility

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production lines (Temper Mill, Cut to Length, Packaging, Plasma/Laser, Press Brake) as part of a team
• Operate manual shear for sample testing
• Identify non-conforming materials
• Enter data for fulfilled orders
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and warehouse tractor
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned
