Job summary

Eurofins USA Environment Testing is seeking an Associate Chemist for Environment Testing - Metals Prep on the 2nd shift (Tue-Sat, 3pm-11:30pm). The role involves preparing and analyzing environmental samples using standard analytical techniques in compliance with QA procedures; training on instrument software is provided.

Ideal candidates have a BS/BA in Chemistry or related field, an Associate degree, or 2 years of related lab experience; must be proficient in English and eligible to work in

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Chemistry or related field, Associate Degree, or 2 years of related laboratory experience.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples using standard techniques and perform chemical analysis.
• Record and report data, and maintain routine instrument maintenance.
• Operate and understand complex instrumentation software (training provided).
• Follow QA standards and maintain training records and QC samples.
• Inventory and manage laboratory supplies and assist in other areas as needed.
