The ideal candidate has two years of related experience or training, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to cross-train within the Metals Department.

Position Summary

• Perform high level jobs within the Metals Department to efficiently run jobs from start to completion. This is a Safety Sensitive Position.

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform and record periodic measurement checks in accordance with quality procedures
• Spot weld center tubes, rings, and end caps
• Inspect products for faults and/or defects as well as clean product.
• Roll and bar-fold material, blank metal sheets, hang/unhang metal.
• Cross train within the department
• Adhere to safety guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:

• Employees are regularly required to talk or hear
• Frequently required to stand, climb or balance, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to sit or walk and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two (2) years' experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
