  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering required.
  • 1–2 years related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures and technical instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Assists Business Units with introduction of new/re-engineered products.
  • Establishes procedures, instructions, and training to support new metal products.
  • Ensures all new/re-engineered processes are manufacturing ready.
  • Assists in establishing and implementing quality specifications and testing for metals components and finished goods.
  • Resolves daily production and quality issues.
  • Interacts with Business Units/customers to identify process improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
