Job summary

ELLWOOD Group in Navasota, TX is seeking a Metlab Saw Operator / Metallurgical Laboratory Technician. You will work on-site performing saw operations and supporting lab testing in a metal fabrication environment.

Required is a high school diploma; strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with ERP or lab software is a plus; experience with saws, waterjets, lathes, cranes, and forklifts is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills; ERP or lab software familiarity a plus.
• Experience with saws, waterjets, lathes laboratory testing equipment, overhead cranes, and forklifts is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed procedures is a plus.
• Work is regularly preformed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme heat.
• High school diploma required or equivalent.
