Job summary

Meta-Find, Inc. seeks a senior metallurgical leader to guide technical support across specialty alloy and aerospace materials applications.

The role encompasses product development, process improvement, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and quality initiatives, including development of new alloy grades. The candidate will lead process development, review customer specs, and provide metallurgical expertise throughout manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline.
• Advanced degrees (M.S. or Ph.D.) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead metallurgical process development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review customer specifications and support new product introductions.
• Provide technical metallurgical expertise throughout manufacturing operations.
• Evaluate mechanical, thermal, and corrosion-resistant properties of specialty alloys.
• Perform root-cause analysis of non-conformances and mechanical test failures.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation.
• Monitor emerging technologies and identify opportunities for new product development.
