Job summary

PPOAR in Washington is seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team. You will read blueprints, set up metalworking machines, and fabricate or repair metal components to spec. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1,500 per month.

You will cut, bend, weld, and inspect parts, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma and 2 years’ metal fabrication experience; trade certification is a plus, and you must work well both independently

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Fabricator to join our team in Washington. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for creating and repairing metal structures, parts, and products according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project requirements
• Set up and operate various metalworking machines such as saws, shears, presses, drills, and grinders
• Cut, shape, bend, and weld metal pieces using various tools and techniques
• Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification in welding or metalworking is preferred

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
