Job summary

SA Recycling is seeking a weighmaster to support yard operations in Georgia. You will weigh vehicles, determine metal grades for inventory, and handle all related paperwork for purchases and government documentation. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

You will collaborate with dispatch, drivers, and customers to resolve issues, keep materials organized, and ensure a clean, safe work environment. Prior experience preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must pass a medical physical and drug test.
• Must pass a background check and credit check.
• Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) language skills a plus.
• Ability to communicate with others effectively; understand direction and use basic math skills.
• Willingness to learn how to sort metal and identify colors, shapes, and weights; properly maintain equipment; utilize PPE.

Responsibilities

• Weigh vehicles to record purchases.
• Inspect and determine metal grade for inventory tracking.
• Handle paperwork for business, delivery transactions, and government documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch, drivers, and customers to coordinate schedules and issues.
• Organize materials and maintain clean work areas; ensure safety and compliance.
