Job summary

Marmon/Keystone LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced metals distribution team. You will operate forklifts and overhead cranes, pick and pack orders, and ensure accurate staging for shipments.

Responsibilities include measuring and cutting pipe/tubing to spec, following OSHA safety rules, and maintaining an organized workspace. Prior forklift or crane experience is a plus; training is available. Authorized to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing or manufacturing (preferred, but training provided).
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Move with purpose: operate forklifts and overhead cranes to handle metal pipe, tube, and bar products safely.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment with accuracy.
• Measure and cut pipe and tubing using automated band saws to customer specs.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free area.
• Document shipments and keep warehouse orderly and clean.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines and improve operations.
