Position Overview

A Metal Roofing Installer will work in Lancaster Cabins’ final phase of assembly by putting on insulation, metal roofing, and flashing. This is a hands‑on job for someone who works hard, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in doing quality work.

What You’ll Do as a Metal Roofing Installer

• Install Styrofoam insulation, metal roofing, and flashing using our established installation methods and quality standards.
• Install windows and exterior trim.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and manlifts safely and properly throughout the installation process.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and handle roofing materials carefully to prevent damage and unnecessary waste.
• Coordinate with our carpenters, production team, and supervisors to keep each cabin moving efficiently through production.
