Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced, non-stop environment.
• Must meet attendance schedule Mon-Fri 7:50am-4:15pm.
• Able to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Willingness to cross-train on small mobile equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures per OSHA and company guidelines.
• Attend safety meetings and participate in safety program.
• Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, shoveling, and clean-up.
• Support line operation in repairs and other activities.
• Maintain grounds and equipment safety; report defects.
• Perform inspections on sorting equipment and report needs.
