Precision Castparts Corp. Greenville Metals is seeking a Production Laborer to support operations in a foundational manufacturing role. The position emphasizes cross-training across melt, furnace, ladle, and packaging areas, with a door to advancement and a competitive benefits package.

The schedule runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, with overtime or weekend work as needed. A $22.50/hour base pay and a $1500 sign-on bonus are offered, with bonus installments tied to continued employment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate industrial equipment after training.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
• Ability to work varying shifts, overtime, weekends, and 12‑hour schedules as needed.
• Adapt to changing work assignments and priorities.
• Ability to weigh pans pre/post production via weight scale.

Responsibilities

• Follow all plant safety rules and wear PPE.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, loaders, scales after training.
• Load, unload, transport, package, identify, and stage materials.
• Read and follow work orders and quality requirements.
• Assist furnace and ladle operations and related production activities.
• Build and verify material charges; operate belt/pan/mold systems.
• Perform visual inspections and document finished products.
• Support truck loading and general material handling.
