Landscape Forms in Kalamazoo, MI is hiring for a full-time manufacturing role. You will operate saws, rollers, and CNC equipment, move materials, follow schedules, and ensure quality. The position offers a stable schedule with weekends off and overtime on Fridays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow production schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
• Complete machine changeovers and basic equipment adjustments.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards.
• Support multiple production processes and product lines.
• Keep the work area safe, clean, and organized.

Pay

$17.00/hour + Quarterly Bonus Opportunities

Historical bonus payouts have averaged approximately $11,000 annually.

Schedule

First Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm (When there is OT, it is on Fridays)

Enjoy a consistent schedule with weekends off.

How You Will Contribute
