Qualifications

• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts for imperfections before and after completion.
• Perform deburring, sand blasting, and surface preparation.
• Maintain and inspect equipment regularly.
• Conduct routine department upkeep and follow 5S guidelines.
• Identify and troubleshoot metal prep related issues.
• Collect data and ensure process effectiveness.
• Follow SilencerCo safety standards and protocols.
• Assist with other metal preparation duties as needed.
