Job summary

Steel Dynamics, Inc. through its OmniSource subsidiary seeks personnel to coordinate the buying of ferrous metals, properly classify and identify material, and ensure regulatory compliance at the facility.

You will grade and inspect incoming materials and assist customers while maintaining safety standards. The role requires the ability to lift heavy items, work in all weather, and stand long hours as part of daily duties, with opportunities for training and career growth within a dynamic metal

Qualifications

• Must understand and adhere to safety regulations.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more repetitively.
• Ability to stand for long periods daily.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Self-motivated team player, eager to learn new skills.
• Able to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
