Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC in Chicopee, MA is seeking a Metal Finisher to operate finishing machines around the clock, ensuring parts meet specifications and traceability.

You will follow work instructions, prioritize safety PPE, and collaborate with the department group leader to maintain line flow on day and night shifts. Experience with multiple finishing machines and preventative maintenance is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Be able to read and write English.
• 2-5 years' experience running multiple machines, troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance.
• Moderate physical effort consisting of occasional heavy weights.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of machines for metal finishing, i.e., chamfer barrels, polishing machines, spin dryers and shot peen machines.
