ProStaff USA is seeking an experienced Metal Finisher to join our team in Michigan. The role focuses on precision welding, fabrication, and finishing to tight tolerances in a modern workshop.

You will read technical drawings, perform MIG/TIG/Stick welding, and inspect weld quality to meet customer standards. A strong eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and with a team are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG/TIG/Stick welding and fabrication at the bench to drawings and specifications
  • Measure, cut, and prep materials accurately
  • Assemble and finish welded components to required tolerances
  • Inspect and ensure weld quality meets company and customer standards
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bench hand or welder in a fabrication or manufacturing workshop
