Galleher Industries is seeking experienced metal fabricators / machine operators to join our manufacturing team in Pomona, CA. The role requires hands‑on experience with press brakes, shears, roll forming equipment, and related machinery.

Candidates should be capable of reading blueprints and schematics, performing setup and adjustments, and ensuring quality while maintaining safety and efficiency on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have hands‑on metal fabrication/machine operation experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness are required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and process docs.
• Forklift experience is a plus, and actual experience with fabricating equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust metal fabrication machinery based on production needs.
• Operate press brakes, metal shears, roll formers, punches, saws, and related equipment.
• Read blueprints and travel/work orders to determine tooling and material setup.
• Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and routine maintenance.
• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and tape measures to verify dimensions.
• Document production activity and quality checks; maintain a clean, safe work area.
