The role requires experience with sheet metal equipment, roofing concepts and geometry, with a focus on quality and safety. Typical shift is Monday to Friday, 1st shift, 40 hours plus overtime, with benefits and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Measuring and calculating dimensions for panels and flashing.
• Reading blueprints and field measurements.
• Fabricating and bending using brakes and tools.
• Interpreting project specifications and tolerances.
• Maintaining a clean, safe work area.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Measure and calculate dimensions for standing seam panels, trim, and flashing.
• Fabricate and bend standing seam panels using bends and brakes.
• Operate brakes, shears, and other fabrication machinery safely.
• Read blueprints and field measurements to ensure accuracy.
• Verify dimensions and inspect finished products for quality.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
