Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.
- Minimum of 2 years managing patients with metabolic conditions.
- Strong foundation in lifestyle and medical management.
Responsabilités
- Provide direct patient care focused on metabolic conditions.
- Conduct telehealth visits for evaluation and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with dietitians and physicians on care plans.
