Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to help customers explore Meta products, understand needs and budgets, and provide expert service and recommendations in-store. You’ll stay current on Meta product knowledge through trainings and certifications, making customers feel excited and confident with memorable solutions.

You’ll engage with customers to support experience, complete transactions,-driven growth, and hit sales goals while collaborating with a team.

Qualifications

• Preferred: experience as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience with consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in your department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals.
• Use training to engage with customers, provide complete solutions and create positive experiences.
• Utilize available tools to stay current on promotions and help drive growth.
• Generate opportunities by discovering customers' current and long-term tech needs.
• Maintain department merchandising and organization.
• Must be at least 18 years old and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
