2020 Companies, in partnership with our client Meta, are hiring part-time Meta Sales Specialists for floating market coverage near Phoenix. You will engage shoppers, answer questions about Meta products, and help customers choose the right devices, ensuring an interactive and informative shopping experience.

The role offers weekend availability and on-call hours; compensation is $19.50 per hour with six guaranteed hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing.
• Own a smartphone and be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers and demonstrate Meta products to meet customer needs.
• Help customers select Meta devices and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Build trust and drive sales while representing 2020 Companies and Meta.
• Maintain displays and collaborate with store staff to meet targets.

Overview: 2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part-time Meta Sales Specialists for floating market coverage!

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Hours: 6 hours guaranteed per week, On-call coverage hours can vary weekly

Availability Required: Friday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Location: Retailers within approximately a 30-mile radius of the market center

Holiday Schedule: Additional shifts may be added for key customer shopping days

Please note: Floaters have priority consideration for open positions within the market based on attendance, KPIs, and other attributing factors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred
• An interest in AV and VR products is a plus
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts required
• Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
• Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation (Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions)
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits
