2020 Companies, in partnership with our client Meta, is hiring part-time Meta Sales Specialist Floater to cover floating market positions near Chesapeake, VA. You will assist shoppers with Meta products, answer questions, and guide purchases to meet customer needs.

The role requires weekend availability, on‑site work at retail locations, and completion of product training. Expect competitive weekly pay, on‑demand pay options, and staff discounts as part of a dynamic retail team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
• An interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills are essential.
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts required.
• Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
• Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation (Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part-time Meta Sales Specialists for floating market coverage!

Job Type Regular

Work Location: Market - META - VA - Chesapeake

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Hours: 6 hours guaranteed per week, On-call coverage hours can vary weekly

Availability Required: Friday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Location: Retailers within approximately a 30-mile radius of the market center

Holiday Schedule: Additional shifts may be added for key customer shopping days

Please note: Floaters have priority consideration for open positions within the market based on attendance, KPIs, and other attributing factors.
