Job summary

Everforth Apex in Plano, TX is seeking a Messaging Administrator contractor to support IBM MQ, IIB, Kafka, and TIBCO across Linux/Windows in a 24x7 production environment. You will design, build, and administer messaging platforms, participate in on-call rotation, and work with monitoring and automation tools to ensure high availability and performance.

5 years of experience in enterprise messaging environments.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for distributed systems.
Experience supporting 24x7 production environments and on-call rotations.
Proficiency with Linux and Windows in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

Provide operational, technical, and platform support for IBM MQ, IIB, Kafka, and TIBCO platforms.
Design, build, and administer messaging environments with focus on stability and performance.
Participate in on-call rotations and rapid incident response.
Utilize monitoring and automation tools to optimize system health.
