As a Messaging Support Agent, you handle customer questions directly, helping people understand product or service information and resolve everyday difficulties. You sit within the customer support team, work under a customer service team lead, and coordinate with teammates when an inquiry needs additional input. This fully remote position lets you work from home in Pennsylvania, United States, providing messaging support through organized queues and clear written exchanges. The role requires a 40-hour weekly commitment. Working days and shift times may vary.
Job Responsibilities

- Guide customers through routine account navigation and service questions, explaining each step in plain language and confirming whether the guidance helped.

- Keep customers informed when an answer requires further review, setting appropriate expectations without promising an outcome or an unconfirmed response time.
- Escalate unresolved questions, repeated difficulties, or requests outside your authority to the customer service team lead with concise context and supporting notes.
- Review pending tickets, follow up when requested information becomes available, and confirm the outcome before marking an exchange complete or handing it over.
