Implementation Engineers seeks an onsite MES & Torque Controls Integration Engineer for a West Coast consulting engagement supporting a discrete aerospace manufacturing digital workstream.

Role requires hands-on MES configuration, integration of torque controllers, and deployment of shop-floor workflows with strong collaboration across operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, and IT teams.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on MES configuration experience including building workflows and deploying shop-floor solutions.
• Direct experience configuring or integrating industrial torque controllers such as Pico, Tulip, Plex, or similar platforms.
• Experience connecting production equipment to MES for data collection and traceability.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience.

Aufgaben

• Configure and deploy MES workflows for assembly and fastening operations.
• Build operator interfaces, digital work instructions, checks, and data collection.
• Integrate torque controllers with MES to capture results and traceability.
• Troubleshoot MES configuration, tooling, and shop-floor issues on site.
• Document configurations and provide handoff guidance for ongoing support.
