RoslinCT is seeking a talented MES Software Systems Engineer to support GxP software system enhancements, maintenance, and deployments within the Digital Manufacturing team. You will report to the Associate Director of Digital Manufacturing and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal staff to advance our digital transformation initiatives.

You will focus on implementing, validating, and supporting MES with emphasis on reliability, data integrity, and regulatory compliance while staying

Qualifications

• On-site Hopkinton, MA operations support with rotating on-call.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• 2+ years implementing or supporting MES solutions in biotech/pharma (e.g., POMSnet, Syncade, Werum PAS-X).
• POMSnet experience preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud or hybrid MES deployments and data historian connectivity.
• Experience or exposure to LIMS, ERP, or other automation systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL, scripting, or integration tools.
• Understanding of GxP system lifecycle and validation principles.
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced CDMO environment.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic digital manufacturing landscape.

Responsabilités

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of GxP software systems with a focus on MES.
• Maintain accurate system documentation, including configuration records and user guides.
• Collaborate with IT and automation teams to ensure MES uptime and reliability.
• Contribute to system validation and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and participate in UAT.
