Job summary

Puffer-Sweiven seeks an MES design and integration specialist to implement Emerson Syncade MES in regulated environments. You will design workflows, batch records, and recipes, aligning with ISA-88/95 standards while coordinating with customers and project teams.

You will support testing, validation, startup, and ongoing system integration with DeltaV, ERP, and QA tools, ensuring compliant, reliable manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technology field or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years implementing, supporting, or integrating MES/industrial software.
• Hands-on experience with Emerson Syncade MES preferred.
• Experience with electronic batch records, workflow config, recipe mgmt.
• Experience integrating MES with DeltaV, ERP, LIMS or quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Emerson Syncade MES applications per requirements.
• Develop electronic workflows, batch records, forms, and recipes within MES.
• Collaborate with customers and project stakeholders in workshops and reviews.
• Translate processes into MES solutions ensuring safe, efficient operations.
• Support testing, validation, startup, and site acceptance activities.
