Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. (Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC) invites applications for an MES Site Lead at the De Soto, Kansas site within the Digital Records Design Hub.

This role leads MES Version3.4 and future versions, providing on-floor manufacturing support and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will manage MES components, coordinate with vendors, develop SOPs, training, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a validated automation system.

Qualifications

• BS in a technical field (engineering or science) or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and know when to elevate for resolution.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally, delivering technical solutions to MES issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES Version3.4 and future versions in a compliant manner.
• On-floor support of manufacturing activities related to MES.
• Develop and implement optimized MES methodologies and manage vendor performance.
